I was finally able to settle the ssh synchronization by using a password authentification instead of the private/public key. So the problem seems definitely to be how to give the private/public key to mobileorg. I already have a id_dsa/id_dsa.pub working well on my smartphone, I just copied the id_dsa to one location where the file system navigator can have access.
