Any comparison is bound to get very biased. There was a good comparison article at sitepoint a while back : http://www.sitepoint.com/article/javascript-library All of the libraries mentioned therein are cross-platform. Most javascript theese days are, since it's a lot easier to write cross-platform today, than it was 5 years back.
