Just because you don't get a reply within a half hour doesn't mean you need to send a new message. Some people may only read this newsgroup once a day. If your message doesn't get a reply for a FEW DAYS, then it is correct to send a new message, preferably as a reply to your old one to bump it. It is certainly overkill to send multiple emails within the same hour. It's like that guy who goes to a web forum and posts the same message in every single section of the message board.
