It's been a while now, since I played around with moo, but the biggest problem is, that it's based on prototype, which means that there are plenty of overrides of built-in's (See: http://docs.mootools.net/Native/Array.js ). This makes it hard to use together with other libraries, and you can't isolate those changes with a namespace.
