I also found the ID_MM_QMI_CONNECTION_STATUS_POLLING_ENABLE property. Would you recommend enabling it (aka are there interesting side-effects to expect)? If yes, is it possible to enable/disable this feature during runtime or shall i patch 77-mm-quectel-port-types.rules (we are using Quectel EC21)? I can point you to one that was fixed in 1.14.0 that would show the exact same symptoms you're seeing: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/ModemManager/-/issues/155 The 1.12.x series is fully unsupported, the 1.14.x series still receives some fixes in the mm-1-14 git branch but not new releases are expected, the latest 1.16.x series is the currently supported one.
