thanks for the information, Sigrid! I must confess I have no idea why these errors occur. It might have something to do with the filters we run, but I couldn't find anything so far.
I saw three problematic moderation messages in total, all from Google Mail accounts, but that might be a coincidence. Anyone else seeing this issue?
I moderated the mails with my account, and it worked just fine...
