you need to send the message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
with 'unsubscribe' in the body. almost universally, the address you
use to unsubscribe from lists is different from the address you use to
talk on the list. normally, you can get information by sending email
to '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' (substitute relevant
information, obviously)
