Hello all -- this is post # 2. I'll introduce myself: uh... I'm Kate (k8). there... that was fun, wasn't it? so, i wanted to JOIN a modest mouse discussion group -- to appease the addiction -- but the only one i could find was this (a fairly well-established mailing list). the only thing is: i hate the whole text-only system. ya'll seem like nice, knowledgeable people, so i thought i'd extend an invite to come over to eGroups (i mean, in addittion. I'm not trying to usurp anyone's efforts, or convert anyone... i wouldn't mind being part of both. I just really like egroups. The other discussion group I'm in is really strong and easy to deal with. (for Cat Power, if you were wondering.) So, since no one has posted to that list since May, let me be the one to try and initiate it. Again, I mean. Just in case you're new to eGroups, know this: -- upload photos/mp3s -- have a link page -- search entries -- create a database -- conduct polls -- chat/talk/whatever (if you have the appropriate software) -- and more, probably.
