Actually, it is mentioned 8 lines down in the liner notes.  it
says "thee godspeed you black emperor this time=" and then it
lists the people who played on it.  of course the writing is very
hard to read.  plus, my cd has a sticker on the front saying 
"godspeed you black emperor! slow riot for new zero kanada EP
krank034"  that pretty much spelled it out for me.
