That does suck, but I feel that I have to add this in defense of Saddle
creek.  I ordered the Spoon "Agony of Laffite" 2 song CD from them last year
on a Friday and it was in the mailbox on Monday, along with a handwritten
thank-you note.  That's service for a $3 CD.
