Only in that Tool's vocalist/lyricist, Maynard James Keenan, is doing
the vocals and lyrics for A Perfect Circle. He refers to it as his "other"
project. A Perfect Circle is guitarist Billy Howerdel's brainchild, who
wrote all of the music.

Nails, Guns 'N Roses, Fishbone, etc]
