Log:
Remove pages imported from the old website which don't actually get generated
from the contents of https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/perl/modperl/docs/trunk.
They probably used to but don't any more and old copies just got left behind.
I've verified that none of these pages are linked to from any other pages.
Also remove two old scripts which are not mentioned anywhere and which relate
to the contents of the old dist/ folder (which was recently moved to
http://archive.apache.org/dist/perl).
