RE: DDL load failure using Apache & DBI

That is set OK, I can run a simple connect to database script
from the command line with np.

As a hack I moved the offending DLL into a directory on the path
that was being searched, this managed to load the DLL ok but 
complained that ORACLE_HOME/bin was not on the path. How is the
environment presented to the modules from Apache ? Is it not the
same as the environment that Apache runs in ?
