Here's what I set, and it seems to work for me.

         PerlSetEnv      EMBPERL_COOKIE_NAME     'ONECALLWEB_UID'
         PerlSetEnv      EMBPERL_COOKIE_DOMAIN   '.somewhere.com'
         PerlSetEnv      EMBPERL_COOKIE_PATH     '/'
