libc.so.6 ??

I am installing mod_perl using mod_perl-1.24-4.i386.rpm, but i have a
failed dependency, it is looking for libc.so.6. I cant find this
anywhere, i can only source libc.so.5 , can some1 tell me where i can
find this please ? , thanks
