Solaris 2.6, mod_perl 1.24, DBD::Oracle 1.06, Oracle 8.1.6

The 'surgery on Oracle' technique described in the README.java file in
the DBD::Oracle 1.06 distribution fixed all the problems I was having
with DBD::Oracle and mod_perl.
