Apache V2 and Mod_Perl Question

Hello,
NT question.
I believe that Apache 2 is out for NT, and was wondering if apache 2 works
with mod_perl? I am running Apache  1.3.20 and mod_perl 1.25_01-dev. Can or
should we start converting to Apache 2?

Just curous about some time frames for this.
