Looks really good.  I think the mod_perl community can use a lot more 
applications like this (something that is useful right out of the box).  I 
guess instead of complaining I should start coding...

One issue I noticed.  I have a phobia of frames, and it looks like Mozilla 
and konqueror do as well.  Your code keeps reloading itself into a new 
frameset under certain actions.  I would recommend that you get rid of frames 
all together, but that might just be my phobia speaking...
