I use it every day or so. Suggest you look at Apache 2.0 - it runs quite well. Of course 1.3 will never be ported, it's just too tangled, but ab for Apache 2.0 should work on native win32 (as well as cygwin now that Stipe has patched to work around cygwin/WinSock incompatibilites.)
