Balazs,
First, it's Apache::SubProcess (with a capital "P"), and it's not
installed by default. You can snag it from CPAN in the
/modules/by-module/Apache/ directory (or use the CPAN shell [as root]:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Apache::SubProcess'
