Thanks for the suggestion but it did not work I still get the same error. Also this is a rh9.0 Server

I hit the same error trying to build on a rh9.0 workstation. This solved
my problem:

CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/kerberos/include
export CPPFLAGS

Than unpack, config, make, etc ...
