If you would like to be a speaker at the ApacheCon US 2003 event, please go to the ApacheCon Web site, log in, and choose the 'Submit a CFP' option from the list there:
I went through the process of creating an account only to find that the "Submit a CFP" option isn't there.
Until they get that fixed, you can select "Contact Us" from the bottom menu, then under the "cfp@" address there's a link to the "online submission form".
