Hello again!
I've downloaded apache_1.3.28.tar.gz & mod_perl-1.28.tar.gz
and unarchived them to /usr/src/httpd_perl for back-end server
then when I make
perl Makefile.PL APACHE_SRC=../apache_1.3.28/src/ DO_HTTPD=1 USE_APACI=1 EVERYTHING=1

and
make && make test
