Hi Folks,
Please test out the following alpha release of CGI.pm 3.01. Things that need to be examined:
- regularly POST - multipart POST - file upload
These were tested with only with mod_perl 2 with our own tests.
- saving state to files/pipes and reloading
I need to try that one.
It would be great if you folks could test it under the following environments:
- mod_perl 1 - mod_perl 2 - mod_perl 1 in Apache::Registry mode - mod_perl 2 in Apache::Registry mode
Yes, folks please test with mod_perl 1 since we lack extensive tests there.
Lincoln, me thinking that it'd be really nice for CGI.pm to adopt Apache::Test and to be able to run CGI.pm test suite under mod_perl (both generations), instead of us replicating CGI.pm tests. You can use Apache::Test to run live mod_cgi tests as well. And mod_fastcgi and any others as well.
