I'll give this a shot, seeing as no one seemed to have answered: In your pl files you can try including something like: use lib qw(directory containing module directories);
Example: use lib qw(/usr/local/apache2/perl); In my config I have PerlRequire /usr/local/apache2/perl/startup.pl which contains: use lib qw(/usr/local/apache2/perl); 1; Not sure if this will work with your version of apache.
