Success! It works great, but I don't like this hack. It's very ugly. So, is it more an apache issue or the MP2 build process can add
/usr/local/include/ to the search paths, when building under Tru64 5
platform in order the compiler to use /usr/local/include/iconv.h?
How can modperl possibly know that it's /usr/local/include/ and not some other path? It looks as if something borked on your system if you need to manually specify paths like /usr/local/include/. But I'm not familiar with the specifics of the loader on that system, so I can't tell.
Of course feel free to submit a patch that somehow tries to make it working on that platform and hopefully someone will provide a better solution further on.
