It tried the patch and got the same error:

Unrecognized switch: --section=3  (-h will show valid options).

 

The "/lib/ModPerl/BuildMM.pm section is now

                     "$podpath \$(INST_MAN3DIR)/$man.\$(MAN3EXT)"
            }
        }

 

Stupid question, do I need to build it all again? I just did "make install".
