Now that you point it out, I see those failures too, occasionally, when running the tests multiple times. I'll look into it - thanks.
Since I had a specific request for 3 failing tests on MAC OSX due to bad gcc optimization under -O3, and we've still have test failures on win32, a RC3 will be coming, but I'm going to wait a 1-2 weeks to give the win32 folks time to figure this out first; whilst, I work on the MAC issue.
