mod_perl 1.0 was always running its startup code as soon as it was encountered. In mod_perl 2.0, it is not always the case. Refer to the mod_perl 2.0 startup process section section for details. --->8--- a link to http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/user/config/config.html#Startup_Process but the target "Startup_Process" is not defined there. Besides, one 'section' in 'Refer to the mod_perl 2.0 startup process section section for details' should be enough, should'nt it?
