The patch we've applied to mod_perl on Debian is: <http://patch-tracker.debian.org/patch/series/view/libapache2-mod-perl2/2.0.5-4/250-lfs-perl-5.14.patch> however I'm not sure if that's suitable for upstream application. I thought it would be worth getting some visibility of this change, in any case.
