Yes, I just checked mine again to catch the rest of this thread, and in the
last four days found 4 notifications from our own helpdesk ticketing modsystem,
and three notifications from our own mailman server. Our domain, btw, is
explicitly set to be excluded from junk mail processing on our tenant, meaning
Microsoft has apparently changed the rules again without telling us.

Aren't blacklisted communications wonderful?

Same here, O365 has started really messing with my inbox to the point where my
junkfolder is now almost my ’second inbox’.

Worse, O365 used to have a setting to NOT send recognized spam to the junk
folder, but instead leave it in the Inbox, and it is now removed, and even when
set (you can do it with Powershell) , it’s ignored.

All our incoming mail is filtered through a 3rd party gateway so almost
everything that’s flagged by O365 is a false positive :-(

Hi,

Some of those emails for me went to MS 365’s quarantine (so different from my
junk folder)

Subject: intermittent reception
Hi List,

For a while now, I've noticed that I'm not receiving all messages sent to the
list. It's visible from the fact that I can see replies to messages that did
not reach my mailbox.

For example, see this recent thread :

https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flists.apache.org%2Flist%3Fmodperl%40perl.apache.org%3A2022-4&data=05%7C01%7C%7C6378777ea6234eb75f1d08da23b8bdc6%7Ca30a558eb6084b2c8f39a7fa426fa49d%7C0%7C1%7C637861573629129953%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=uBcVQ4LrD%2Ff10oMIfq%2FbD923aYtMM9GBwZcILszNXNY%3D&reserved=0

Henrik S's initial request never made it to my inbox, but I did receive Jacques
Deguest's and John Dunlap's responses.

Even then, Jacques made two replies to Henrik, and I only received the first
one.

Any idea what the cause might be?

                                        Bien à vous, Vincent Veyron
