you are so wrong! It was Falco's hit first, and After the Fire covered it,
sort of. The lyrics After the Fire used were not a direct translation of
Falco's german lyrics, they actually admitted that they just made stuff up
that sounded like it fit. This giant hit for After the Fire taught Falco to
create his own English versions of his records, ie, Rock Me Amadeus.
