Getting authentic soul food outside the South is pretty much a joke, save
one in Harlem, which was started by a woman from Atlanta. Oh, just to make
it clear, authentic soul food is not for the heart conscious among you,
either. Save the occasional cornbread, greens and Iced tea I steer clear
(and careful, sometimes the greens are cooked in pork fat too).
