Anyway to clear up the thing about The Tune Inn's manager, I know a guy from my town who goes to many CT Hardcore shows, and has told me stories of bands that played there and when they went to get the money he did'nt have it for them, but would'nt explain why, and he (same kid) was the one that alleged that he's heard many stories that the owner sells various illegal substances on the side, so thats where I heard that.
