James, is alive and well, currently living in Orlando, Florida. Last time I
saw him was at my wedding in September. He showed up at the reception in an
Adam of London suit sans "Who" button, although he did wear his shades all
night. At one point he came up to admire my custom tailored suit, and asked,
" What color is that?" I replied, "Why don't you take your shades off and
find out." He also got up and made a toast to Audrey and I, said we were
"Ace's in his book." He may have asked Andrew M. to play "I Got Me Parka"
but I don't think it was in his box, and I'm pretty sure the band, Ron
Silva's R&B Trio, wouldn't cover that one for any amount of money.
