See For Miles did two CD's called "Liverpool 1963-65" and "Liverpool
1963-69", both might be out of print but are VERY representative of the
genre. There's also Decca/Deram's CD comp from last year "The Beat Scene",
50% of which contained are Merseyside acts....
RE:Becky's e-mail etiquette post, I agree in part. It was not necessary for
me to reply to this thread by replying to the whole god damn message. I'm
glad I've got the digest, if I was on the regular list my Hotmail inbox
capacity would've been reached with the size of these messages with people
responding to entire messages 100 times a day, I'm not saying someone
shouldn't post 100 times a day but is it necessary to reply to the entire
message? Then again I get the same shite on the "Shindig" list too........
