There are some really thick-headed people on this list right now.
Just a little perspective to some of the newer people:
Modlist is going on SIX YEARS.
Does it cross your mind that we've already had endless discussion about this
whole "mod vs. modern" debate before? Do you really think that somehow
we're going to wake up and say "what have I been thinking?! I'm living in
the past!!!! THANK you, netizen, for showing me the error of my ways!!!!!!!"
I'm sorry, but after seeing so many faceless "handles" wander in and out of
this forum, I, like many others, wait a LONG time to see how a person
behaves on this list before EVER answering questions like that.
Many of us who are connected in the real world have been spending the last
few weeks (months?) shouting over the noise here to try and have an
intelligent conversation, and frankly, it's getting a little tiring.
Oh, and just so this post is contributing something:
