On the subject of the Mousetrap. Yes it's the 9th anniversary on the 25 March and yes there is a free 7'' on the door containing 2 big tunes discovered and played down the club over the last couple of years. The place is usually packed by 12.. Will have 3 floors on the anniversary to take a bit of the heat of the Beat Basement and Soul Loft with the Jazz rooms so tickets will not be neccesary unless you plan arriving quite late in which case tickets can be held on the door for you just e-mail me with your name. Never met Steve or Martin before I don't think?, and whilst everyone is intitled to their opinion it seems way out of sort with public opinion. People vote with their feet remember.I can't even think of any club in the 60's that lasted 9 years?. So Martin what camp are you in the kids or the up your arse oldies?. As for comments on the music and the DJ's the mousetrap has clearly had the most inovative Mod/60's music policy of any club on the scene in the last 9 years with a huge turnaround of guest DJ's on average 5-6 guests a night with numerous 60's newies spun on both floors on each occasion the club is on.The regular DJ are regular because of the quality and experience they have not to mention that they are the best Mod DJ's around. Are we talking about the same club chaps?. Cheers Rob. _________________________________________________________ Enlighten your in-box. http://www.topica.com/t/15
