My first scoot was a Vespa 90, and I had great fun riding it. Top speed was 
50 mph, not much but good to start with. I now only have my Primavera 125, 
which suits my lighter frame. I like the smaller scoots, as they are nippier 
in town than the large frames.
Best things to check out are; frame damage(if the frame is 
rusted/bent/buckled - forget it.). At least an engine can be repaired.
Ask why it's going cheap(I had to sell my other scoot last weekend in a 
hurry, but I had a good reason).
Not a bad scoot unless you are tall, or have big feet. Otherwise you can 
make it look bigger by adding mirrors and stuff.
