LACMA will exhibit from June 25 to September 10 "The Work of Charles and Ray
Eames: A Legacy of Invention"

check out www.eamesoffice.com for more info.

I went to the Eames House seminar in June and their house is spectacular to
say the least. None of the pictorials I have ever seen were able to do the
house justice. I believe they are offering a couple more seminars in the
latter part of July and early August. Try and check it out if time permits.

> And speaking of, they have those target tables (like/possibly the tables
> that were featured in the March issue of Wallpaper by Douglas Coupland) at
> the Santa Monica 60s-70s mod./pop/space age furniture store in the
promenade.
> I'm not sure if it is the original designer b/c it is laminate (seems easy
to
> repro.) - but identical color schemes and somewhat affordable. $160.
