(that was cynicism by the way - i don't hate them, i'm just bored of how whenever i say 'i like 60's stuff', people always say 'what the Beatles and Cilla Black?' though, to be honest, if i was forced to chose between the Beatles and Herman's Hermits...) By the way, if you ever go to Liverpool, check out the Beatles Experience at ALbert Dock if it's still there - as much as it's about the Beatles, it's also about the 60's music scene, and their reconstruction of The Cavern Club is spot on (though it rather reminds me of the basement at the Mousetrap!).
