I've just spoken to a chap called Nigel Stark(who supplied the helmets for
the Lucozade advert) - and he spends his time trawling bootsales for his
wares(v.cool retro bike gear).
He admits that 50/60's stuff is drying up, and that the same old faces are
appearing everywhere, buying the same stuff.
Just like fossil-fuel, I suppose the originals had to dry-up or fall apart
sometime.
Looks like we'll all have to go to bespoke tailors for anything 60's o make
it ourselves!!!
Just don't mention "Melandis"
