No. I like the taste of French cigarettes. Silk Cut are horrible.
Also I actually tend to empty my fags into a vintage (50s) silver
cigarette case.
The forementioned French cigarettes also look best - being all white..

I am not choosing to 'caricature'. I can't believe you're saying this
when you yourself dress as a 'mod'...... you surely don't do it to be a
'caricature' of the 1960s do you??! *I* don't!!
I merely like the look of French berets, stripey tops and French
cigarettes. Also French shoes.. That's why I wear them.
I don't think I should be bothering to explain myself to anyone anyway!!
You're all so cynical - can't take anyone doing things you yourself
don't do...........
For your information a guy at the Mousetrap actually said he thought I
was the coolest guy there.
Admittedly others were sniggering (I think they were Northerners..)..
I wore a pure wool black French beret, black/blue patterned
high-collared Italian shirt, black pure mohair (tailor-made) hipsters,
black Barker's Chesham shoes and navy blue square-ended cravat worn
under shirt-collar tied with a half-Windsor knot.
I think I looked damn cool actually!!! :-)

I look like neither --
What the hell do *you* look like anyway???!
Don't put down *MY* dress-sense so easily......
Show yourself in the Smoke - THEN we'll see who dresses best hey?!
Instead of making rude comments over the Internet...
Cheers,
