SUNDAY, NOV. 4TH:
BIFF! BANG!! POW!!! CAVESTOMP!2001-"A Garage Rock Oddity!" is proud to
announce this years FESTIVAL HEADLINER THE CREATION with original
members Eddie Phillips and Bob Garner. Eddie and Bob will be supported
on bass by Creation fan/close friend Tony Barber, whose day job is
guitarist in The Buzzcocks. And... some drummer. To quote Eddie: "Our
aim for the gig will be to get as close as possible to 1967. We did the
painting on a large screen 8' by 6' which is basically just a wooden
frame with white paper stretched over it, and plenty of aerosols!! We
can then either 'burn it' or you can frame it for the Club!! Only
joking !!! I will also do the legendary violin bow thingy!! NOT
joking!!!"
Also on this bill, straight from Der Fatherland to a CAVESTOMP! stage
near you are uber-garage openers
THE SATELLITERS. Additional 3 bands for Sunday to be announced...
