Of course the crying shame of all this - bearing in mind that Nostredamus is
so bloody accurate time after time - is that we haven't got the world's
finest minds engaged in round-the-clock study of the quatrains in order to
accurately pinpoint the next event. Instead we appear to be employing a
retrospective technique involving a load of smug 'Lucky Ladders' contestants
in a shed.
I am doubly annoyed because I was just getting into the thousand years of
peace I was promised after the Armageddon of July 1999 (what a nuisance that
was!) I also find it hard not to feel cheated by Nostredamus's failure to
forewarn us of other despicable crimes against humanity, such as 'Dale
Winton's Lottery Extra' and www.londondossier.com (only a jest Paul).
