Let me start by saying, I'm am deeply saddened and disturbed following
yesturdays events. My condolances go out to anyone who knew any victims. I
am also deeply saddend the US government did not take palestinian terrorist
threats seriously 7 months ago. When the entire UN, with the exeption of the
US, wanted to repremand the isrealie military for excessive, unecessary
violence against palestinians(many of which who were innocent women &
children). The US refused to approve the repremand. Why is it our duty to be
the main source of isrealie weaponry if we're the international
"diplomates?" This is an unfortunate, psychotic backlash against the
american governments' exploitative, non-diplomatic, globalization in these
countries. However, I am NOT sympathizing with these terrorists, these kind
of actions are NOT justifiable for ANY political means. But I will not also
sympathize with the WTO's policies the last fifteen years which have also
cost its share of innocent lives as well. I just wish the actions could have
been taken against the members of the US government responsible, and the
WTO's board of directors, NOT thousands of innocent civilians. Eradication
of this terrorist group, not of an entire country of propaganda victims,
should be the current objective. This incident didn't just "happen", its
the result of our leaders never ending desire to be the worlds leading
economical, not ethical force. To be considered a true "beakon of freedom"
George W needs to understand that freedom is NOT a one way street.
