Surely - it's up to the Employers / Establishment to pay you barmen a proper
decent wage instead of expecting
the public to pay.  As for tipping an Ice Cream Man - come on....really ?! -
the only people I tip are my
hairdresser and colourist 'cos they really do a good job and it's more
personal than being served a poxy
ice-cream which takes 3 minutes....sorry Andy !
