A week ago or so I had a discussion with my father about (my)sideburns
(they�re not lambchops mind you). Apparently very even, wellkept and
straight sideburns have been and are very popular with pimps, especially
pimps from the southern parts of France (where my father grew up)... And
of course most of the French cinemas badboys all had slightly seedy
backgrounds. My sideburns are now accordingly shortened.
The problem with not having sideburns would of course be if you shaved
that bit of facial hair off. It would look bizarre (and maybe slightly
like those goths or watchacallems)
