Oh sorry, my fault in writing misleading English. The sentence should read
"RSAref is not used in this example" (now fixed for 2.1.9).  All I wanted to
express is that I left out RSAref for the example to not complicate it without
need. You can use RSAref even with this Apache+mod_ssl+SSLeay+PHP combination,
of course.  I just wanted to avoid bloating up the example with RSAref stuff.
