Seems like you've neither read the INSTALL file under b) nor looked at the
examples at the end. The essential part is:
| b) The flexible APACI-only way [FOR REAL HACKERS]:

| [...Now add more Apache modules to the Apache source tree...] OPTIONAL
|
| [...more APACI options...] OPTIONAL
And when you look under "Examples" at the end you see what can be done at
those two points mentioned under b).
